The oak tree on its globe is after being carved burned black. The Tree of Life actually in flames, it wants to ask attention for the numerous absurd conflicts around the world. The war in Ukraine initiated the start of this project

 in approx.. 120 year old oak wood purchased in France. The wood is finished with a transparent resin and varnish.
